⚠️ CHEAP WORK CAN BECOME VERY EXPENSIVE.

Before hiring someone to work on your home, ask one important question:

Are they properly insured and covered for workplace injuries?

If an uninsured worker is injured while working on your property, it can create serious problems for everyone involved — including the homeowner. Medical costs, lost wages, property damage, liability disputes, and legal expenses can quickly turn a small job into a major headache.

Hiring a properly insured contractor helps protect you, your property, and the people doing the work.

At Talon Fisher Contracting, we believe homeowners should never have to wonder whether the person working on their property is properly covered.

✅ Proper insurance
✅ Workplace injury coverage
✅ Professional safety practices
✅ Peace of mind for the homeowner

Before you hire a contractor, ask for proof of insurance and coverage.

A lower quote isn’t always a better deal if the risk is being passed on to you.
