Here is this beautiful oak door I did took me a couple days to assemble doing the math for this was time consuming but everything turned out gorgeous consistent beautiful reveal all around proud of this one, no this is not a prehung door I had to build this beautiful piece of work. Proud of this one and my craftsmanship I put into it. Solid oak with glass.

We are almost done this house in Campbell River just waiting on are last bit of siding to come in the developers we are subbing for didn’t order enough unfortunately it happens but once it comes in we will be ready for the next one to start. We will have more openings available if you need any work done big or small give me a call my number is 2504650951, I have a couple employees to keep busy and the last job I quoted was all ready to go but then the customer bailed on me because we couldn’t start until three days after the day he wanted lol 😂 kinda glad he pulled out he seemed like he would be a problem customer. This is a little reno job we are doing should have it totally done today. Removed this wall for open concept, electrician came in moved all the wires now just doing all are drywall patch work. Customer has been doing alot of the work herself I’m proud of her, she is very hands on she is going to attempt to do the the vinyl click flooring herself I might just set her up with a few tricks to tackle it all on her own doing the flooring but if needed I’ll come do the flooring for her. I told her it’s super easy to do so I think she will give it ago. Love having amazing customers. This is one of those customers that’s turned into a friend 🤪

Hey everyone here is a little sneak peak of the house we are siding in Campbell River right now I have a 3 guy crew hammering this off with me will be done this Friday. These guys I hired are keepers one kid is a Labour who is wanting to learn and the other guy is a sider young sider at that he has the skills I just need to train him so it’s up to my standards, they have been great got myself a couple more keepers for employees.
I look forward to this new year with my kick ass crew. Got three jobs lined up ready to go to keep us busy till the 50 house development permit get approved then we will be working with a developer making dreams come true baby 😃 wishing everyone a safe happy and healthy weekend.

We start a little siding job today small just finishing things off the home owner didn’t want to do but I will say this for someone who isn’t a contractor this homeowner did a good job siding his own place.
On another note waiting on news of a development to come fingers crossed.

Happy New Years everyone. I didn’t make it past 10:00pm unfortunately I’m getting old so by 10 I’m starting to fall asleep on the couch and I did lol. Woke up at 1:30 thinking shoots I missed it 😂 bed time for this guy I’m feeling good at least I remember being early 20s doing New Years definitely not the same having a 3 year old hehe 😜 next New Years she will stay up and shoot confetti with us. Happy New Years let this year bring great things for everyone sending my love and wishing everyone the best from my family to yours.

Do you have frozen water lines? I did, if you need a hand getting water flowing again send me a message I just had to hook up my forced air heater and insulated more but my water is back on wife is happy. I knew if I didn’t get it back on tonight I would be in the dog house lol showers and being able to clean is essential so feel free to message I’ll pick up supplies and head your way in the morning.
