******Discounted Prices******

I would like to focus on the of products/services that I find the most fulfillment in. One of those products is outbuildings. To help us grow this part of the business, we are offering discounted labor rates for outbuildings.

This offer applies to all types of outbuildings. Sheds, run in shelters, coups, etc. Each building is custom. It can be as simple or fancy as you want!

We work all over Vancouver island and surrounding islands. There is a small travel fee to areas outside of Campbell River and Comox Valley. We try to keep this fee as small as possible, and split it if thereā€™s more than one customer per area, etc.

We hand pick all materials and work with each customer to build exactly what they want.

Attached are pictures of our previous work, along with a few sample prices. Feel free to send me a message, if you have any questions or want to discuss a project. Letā€™s get those buildings up!

Small changes can make a huge difference.

We removed the old door and trim. Installed the new door, interior trim, exterior trim, door handles and dead bolt.

Next a window replacement, and this space will be cozy and bright for the winter ahead.

A little Saturday prep for the upcoming week. There will be a custom cedar double gate in the new opening. We prefer to give the concrete on gate posts at least two days to cure.

The first stage of this custom deck is complete. A custom pergola for growing grapes and creating shade in the warm summer months. Open seating area for family dinners. A deck is an amazing way to add useable square feet to a home.
