Not too long ago, W***y T burst onto the scene and fit right in like he’d always been here.

Will is someone you can truly count on who brings positive energy, kindness and laughs to every situation he steps into. His work ethic, dedication and dependable nature makes him a one of a kind team member.

W***y T is also a great friend, partner, cat dad, BBQ’er, mountain biker, skier and all-star DJ, just to name a few. We’d feel pretty lost without him around!

A scholar’s mind with a nomadic heart, Dave’s been with us since nearly the start.

Dave is a guy who you can have an entire conversation with in just one look. With his hard boiled eggs and tinned fish, he's one hell of a cook.

Whether it's a kingfisher darting across the tide or a humpback launching into the sky, Dave seems to have his finger on the pulse - a true naturalist.

Dave is methodical, caring, curious and dedicated at whatever he puts his efforts towards. Whether it's paint by numbers, gardening, photography, arboriculture or becoming a foster turkey dad, Dave carries high standards and sees his tasks through from start to end.

The past number of years working with Dave has been a pleasure professionally and personally, and we’re stoked to have him on the team.

This one's for the man himself: Jake Robert Ross Tinkler-Josephi, the man with almost as many names as he has hats at Strathcona Tree Care.

Jake has been around since the beginning supporting multi-level operations of the business, from being the friendly first point of contact, taking incredible photos and videos for our media, to supporting on-site operations and much more.

Jake shows up with the stoke, unwavering dedication, and top-notch chats every single day, and he is always someone you can rely on. He never says no to an opportunity to advance his skills or learn something new.

Outside of work, Jake is a stellar dad, partner and friend, as well as a mega-talented photographer, avid adventurer and hype-man. Everyone needs a Jake in their lives, and we are beyond grateful to have one in our company, too.
