Apex Plumbing & Heating is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of 20-year-old welder, Amber Czech. Our hearts go out to her family, friends, and everyone at her workplace who is grieving this unimaginable loss.

This tragedy is a painful reminder that every person, in every trade, on every jobsite, deserves to feel safe and protected at work. No one should ever fear violence in a place where they’re simply trying to build their career and their future.

We stand in solidarity with the welding community and with all women and workers in male-dominated fields. Amber deserved safety. She deserved a long, full life. We honour her memory by reaffirming our commitment to respect, accountability, and looking out for one another on every jobsite.

Rest in peace, Amber. 🧡
