The In-Spec team just finished a massive month-long strata stormwater and perimeter drain system(s) removal & replacement. Hundreds of feet of perforated and PVC piping was replaced. The project challenged all of the team members and required a lot of planning, coordination, and will-power. There were some very hard physical days for the team working in all sorts of late winter and early spring conditions. The post construction site remediation was very succesful.

Kudos to Beaufort Concrete and Excavation, Edgett HydroVac, Santiago Hauling, LaFarge Gravel, Browns Pit, Central Builders, Pilot Tools, and Hyland Concrete. For all chipping in as subcontractors, service providers, material suppliers, and rentals to make this broad scope project come together.

2026 construction season is well under way. Already secured some larger strata projects and decking requests have started. We dusted off the tools and stretched out the muscles on some late winter fencing.

Had a great trip to Boise Idaho for the Timbertech/Azek University product training, plant tour, and networking conference. Met some great suppliers and contractors from BC, Arizona, California, Utah. Great event with fun evening activities AND superb food.

As 2025 construction winds down the In-Spec team has finished our last larger deck build. This was a total ground up build. The aluminum railings really compliment the overall fit and finish. The customers had no functioning deck for 3 years. They are escatic to have their relaxing, BBQing, and family space back and better than ever. Note: exposed subframe to be painted in Spring 2026.

Well the In-Spec team has been at it again. Building dream decks! The original 900ft2 deck was in bad shape. We rebuilt and improved 80% of the subframe and foundations. Then installed premium composite decking. Customer was estatic with the results.

Completed a month long oceanside deck build. Total subframe rebuild, custom steps, 1050ft2 in surface size. The In-Spec team worked real hard through the summer heat and the newly moved in customers are ecstatic with the finished work.

Just finished a 75ft concrete sidewalk, hardscaping, and gravel parking overhaul. Tricky concrete finishing in the heat, kudos to the In-Spec team.

This ground level deck required major subframe repair, but the In-Spec team got to work and the finished composite decking is gorgeous. Customers had a deck party that afternoon after completion.

Finished a beautiful composite deck this week. Some subframe rework and modification, new stain, new stair stringers, composite decking, and composite handrail.

A small project but challenging shed foundation rebuild. Built to last for decades. Pressure treated framing and decking, silicone to seal it up, wire mesh to keep critters out. Had to build in-between fencing, hedges, irrigation, and a beloved fern....obstacles on all sides.

Some spring fencing projects completed. Various styles: corrugated metal cedar frame, Valleytop cedar, and solid cedar panels plus custom gates. Lots of deck requests coming in now, stay tuned.
