🚆 Project Highlight: Full Waterproofing for Oakridge SkyTrain Walkway

We recently completed full prep and membrane waterproofing for the elevated flowerbox built into the new SkyTrain walkway at Oakridge Mall in Vancouver.

This wasn’t just about sealing concrete — this was a high-traffic, public-facing feature that required clean ex*****on, sharp detailing, and zero tolerance for error.

🧱 Our scope included:

Surface grinding and concrete prep

Drain tie-in and edge detailing

Installation of caulking and black waterproofing membrane

Black membrane is unforgiving — every imperfection shows. But when your prep is clean and your crew knows what they’re doing, the results speak for themselves.
