There's something extra charming about this condo renovation. 🌟

The little kitchen that peeks into the living space is just enough to feel connected, but never crowded. Yes, it's a bit small, but every bit of it is functional.

✅Built-in appliances make space for extra storage.
✅Sage green cupboards contrast with white to break up the lines and make the space feel larger, so everything stays in its place.

It's compact, cozy, and altogether cool. 😎

We were scrolling through old project photos and couldn’t resist sharing this one. The sunset shot speaks for itself, but the interior details are what really made this home work. It’s modern without feeling cold. Some projects just stick with you, and this is definitely one of them.

FAQ Friday with Jake! 📢

🛠️ Can your buddy do the plumbing? Technically yes, but should they? Jake explains why swapping out our standard trades for a friend actually slows things down. It’s all about team rhythm. When we use our regular crew, we know exactly how they work, and they know our standards, our timelines, and how to communicate. Bringing in a friend, no matter how skilled, disrupts that flow.
