Our fabrication team has been busy this week welding and preparing insulated hot water piping “T” assemblies. These precision-built components will tie into a larger hydronic system as part of a significant infrastructure upgrade for one of our institutional clients.

☀️ Summer is here, and our retrofit team is hard at work at the 'teryx clothing manufacturing facility!

We’re tackling a major project: re-tooling three large Make-Up Air Units to deliver cooled, fresh air throughout the building. With new condensing units now lifted onto the roof, we’re moving into the next phase—installing custom-built cooling coils and connecting refrigeration lines.

Once everything is powered up and connected, these upgraded units will provide essential cooling to help keep the team comfortable and productive through the hottest months of the year. 💪❄️

We are proud to be part of a major upgrade project at Vancouver's iconic Nat Bailey Stadium.

Between Spring 2024 and 2026, there will be three projects entailing the construction of a temporary clubhouse outside of the stadium, renovations to player clubhouse/locker facilities, and a new training centre with rooftop seating and food and beverage options.

We are just getting going with the first phase where we are bringing in the water main and laying out the sanitary lines that will serve these new facilities.

With Smith Bros. and Wilson leading the charge as the General Contractor, Total Energy Systems Ltd. is providing the full mechanical scope for all phases of this this project.
