Founded in 1998, Ulmer Contracting, under the guidance of owner Chuck Ulmer, has developed into a versatile underground utility contractor serving the province of British Columbia. Ulmer Contracting provides a variety of services:

Traffic light installations and upgrades. Underground conduit and vault system installations. Sewer, drainage and water main construction. Utility maintenance contracts
