Senior Carpenter – Commercial Tenant Improvements (Service Calls)
📍 Lower Mainland (Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Coquitlam & surrounding areas)
🛠 Full-Time | Year Round Commercial Work
We’re an established commercial tenant improvement contractor seeking a Senior Carpenter to handle service-call work and TI jobs across the Lower Mainland.
This role is best suited to a carpenter who’s confident working solo, making decisions on site, and representing the company in occupied commercial spaces.
Role Overview
You’ll attend service calls and perform TI work from start to finish, including:
• Drywall and deficiency repairs and painting
• Installation of doors, flooring, T-bar ceilings, windows, baseboards, washroom accessories, door hardware, millwork, wood backing, cabinetry, etc
• Minor wood & steel stud framing
• Working directly in offices, retail units, and commercial buildings
• Attending 1 to 4 service calls per day
What We’re Looking For
✅ 7+ years commercial carpentry experience
✅ Proven tenant improvement and service-call background
✅ Strong carpentry skills
✅ Available to work 40 hours per week
✅ Able to work independently with minimal direction
✅ Comfortable interacting with clients
✅ Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
✅ Professional, organized, and solution-oriented
✅ Great directional knowledge of the Lower Mainland, specifically the downtown core
