This was a selective demo we did that cleaned up real nice. Some bathrooms, flooring, drywall, and a concrete paver patio. Bonus photo of our new enclosed trailer at the end 👀, so proud of our tools, they grow up so fast 🥹.

Been a while since we have posted, looking to be much more active this New Year! The boys are working hard, contact info in our bio, no job is too big or small!

Another selective demolition completed in North Van!

Very pleased with this one as we were able to keep the cross members in good condition instead of sending them to the landfill while also saving the client on the final invoice!

Waste removal to finish the week off. Always surprised at how much junk can fit in the trailer!

Thankfully the weather held and we stayed dry while completing this backyard excavation in preparation for a two car garage!

You'll always find something you didn't expect underground and this time it was an old concrete pad for a hot tub and a full truck load of quarry rock!
