Repair it again… or finally replace it? Here are 4 signs worth paying attention to. 👇

1️⃣ You’re repeatedly spending money on repairs.

2️⃣ There’s noticeable damage or deterioration.

3️⃣ Your garage is cold, drafty or excessively noisy.

4️⃣ The door is outdated and no longer fits the look of your home.

One problem doesn’t automatically mean you need a new door. But when several start happening together, it may make more sense to compare the cost of continuing to repair it with replacing it.

Not sure which category yours falls into? Save this Reel and check your own door against all four.

A new garage door might be another project on the renovation list… but to us, it’s part of something much bigger. 🏡

It’s the home you’re raising your family in. The house you’ve worked hard for. The renovation you’ve been planning for months—or even years.

We get to meet so many amazing homeowners across the GTA, hear their ideas, and help bring a little piece of their vision to life.

Thank you to every homeowner who has trusted Garage Door Beasts to be part of their story. 🖤

Nobody wants to open their garage and find THIS. 🐭😳

One detail homeowners often overlook when replacing a garage door is how well the door actually seals.

Our installations include double-flap perimeter weatherstripping and a bottom seal designed to help close the gaps around the garage door.

That means better protection against drafts and outside air—and fewer easy entry points for unwanted guests like insects and mice.

A beautiful garage door is great. A properly sealed one is even better.

Go look at the edges and bottom of your garage door. Can you see daylight anywhere? 👀

At first glance, you might think: “Why replace it? It looks almost the same.” 👀

Because the biggest upgrades aren’t always visible.

The homeowners wanted to keep the classic look while upgrading what really matters: better insulation, tighter double-flap weatherstripping, double thermal glass, new hardware and aluminum capping.

Same classic look. Completely upgraded performance. 🙌

If opening your garage door announces to the ENTIRE house that you’re home… we need to talk 🥴

Screeching, grinding or unusually loud operation can be a sign that parts need maintenance, adjustment or repair…it shouldn’t just be ignored.

And sometimes the difference between an older system and a properly installed, well-maintained door is HUGE!
