As one of the few LEED Certified builders in the Georgian Triangle area, we are highly committed to sustainable building practices. We are passionate about working on projects that reflect your unique personality and desires, as well as maintaining superior building standards. With a combination of creativity, expertise and strong client communication, we not only deliver a beautiful end product, but guide you through the building process to ensure an enjoyable and stress free experience. Just as we are passionate about our jobs and the community we live in, we also feel that it is important to give back to local causes. The Blake Farrow team supports various local organizations and has been involved with the Collingwood Library Charity Golf Tournament, as well as various efforts to raise funds for the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital. Whether taking on a kitchen renovation, building a custom home or ski chalet, or considering a commercial project, we look forward to making your dream a reality.

There’s a fair bit going on here.

A kitchen with this level of detail takes a lot of talented people getting it right. Every detail is intentional.

Impeccable design. Custom millwork. Bookmatched quartz. Hidden lighting. Floor-to-ceiling glazing. Refined fixtures. And a whole lot of collaboration and precision behind the scenes.

We’ll take the stairs.

Three storeys of sweeping curves, refined materials and a chandelier suspended through its centre make this staircase a dramatic focal point.

There’s lots to say about what goes into building something of this magnitude. We’ll save that for a future post. For now, we’ll let the architecture speak for itself.

The Nordic-inspired sauna at our Ski Pad build gets the details right: private, tree-lined views, board-formed concrete and modern metal siding. Next door, the “bunker” adds protected outdoor seating and a Stûv fireplace—an easy spot to slow down after a sweat.
