Just a happy site 💕 You’d never know it but I was worried about so many plants in this garden in spring. The roses had a ton of winter kill and had to be almost completely cut down, the panicum grasses looked half dead, some of the perennials were struggling but look at her now! Everything is so lush and full! (And this site has their irrigation turned off 😉) most plants will rejuvenate if you give them the chance! These gardens were planted in 2020/2021. There are lots of things I would have done differently, plants I wouldn’t have used and others I wish I did. My style has evolved. Live and learn, trial and error, that’s the beauty of gardening, you can change it as you learn and grow.

So. Much. Mulch. And we aren’t done yet! These are a few of the properties we have mulched so far. It’s been such a busy spring and I haven’t taken many photos because we’ve been so busy trying to get things done, but I should be taking more because there is so much beauty to share! It’s been a great season so far and we are one week away from being done spring cleanups, yay! Here’s to season 10, let’s go! 🎉🎉🎉
