Wasaga Beach, ON.

This cute and cozy job embraces the cottage vibe with black granite aggregates used for walkway and fire pit area, contained by natural guillotine chopped edging stones, and all gardens topped off with cedar bark mulch. The stepping stones were repurposed square cut flagstone supplied by the client.

The crescent driveway encompassed garden in the front yard decorated with armorstone and a unique mossy bolder stood vertically. This bolder had many glacier melt holes and handles creating a fantastic look.

Collingwood, ON.

This jaw dropping back, side, and front yard boasts all one could desire! In-ground heated pool with waterfall, covered lounge area with custom gas fireplace, and everything is built with natural sandstone, limestone and porcelain!

From Banas we see Venetian Crema Steps, Pool Nosing, and Patio Border. We also have Silver Grey coping, including an 800 pound coping over the waterfall, and steps to the front door.

The "tiles" are produced by Porcea and both the large beige tiles and grey plank tiles are natural porcelain mined from Italy. This project blends some of the highest quality products from the best Landscape manufacturers around.

Town of Blue Mountains, ON.

**Landscaping doesn't have to cost a fortune!**
This humble patio of roughly 240 square feet was an upgrade from the 30 year old Hollandstone brick and rotting green treat wooden steps.
Utilizing affordable materials such as Brown's Amberley and Permacon's Mega Melville Steps precast black, the total cost of this project was kept within 4 figures, including tax!

TWO patios - ONE backyard!
This sleek design hosts two hang out areas. Both utilize Permacon's Melville pavers. One is a large standard patio behind the house with a beautiful 4 step stairs made from Banas Antique Black steps. The second is slightly smaller and provides shelter from the rain below the Custom modernized shed with extended roof structure. 💪

Collinngwood, ON.

This stunning design incorporates a high-end Unilock stone known as Northshore. Clean cut joints, soft rippled texture and pre-sealed from factory; Bordered with Permacon's Mondrian Black. The front step a personal favourite; Banas Stone in Antique Black.

For the side stairway we utilized a more affordable approach, solid Precast concrete steps in black. These particular units are designed by Permacon.

In common practice lately, a side walkway was installed for a dedicated storage area for the bulky waste bins now used in Simcoe and other neighbouring counties.

Wasaga Beach, ON.

PERMEABLE ECO-RASTER DRIVERWAY
This beautiful and unique driveway is completely permeable (other than the bordering Beacon Hill Smooth)
The plastic matrix is made by Eco-Raster, sits on a bed of HPB and a base of 3/4 clear stone, and the voids are filled with Pea-Gravel.

No matter how much rain there is no pooling as it vanishes into the permeable system. It is durable, plowable and flexible, and cannot heave or crack like asphalt or concrete.
