Job Description:
Nails is seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate all activities on our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
Manage and coordinate a team of workers, including scheduling and resource allocation.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
Create cost estimates for labor, materials, and other project expenses.
Maintain detailed logs of daily operations and report progress to management.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software is a plus.

Apprentice Carpenter – Cold Lake Area

Nails Enterprises is seeking a motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our team in the Cold Lake area. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects within our commercial and residential divisions while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced carpenters and supervisors.

Key Qualifications:
Enrolled in or willing to register in a Carpentry Apprenticeship program
Previous construction experience is considered an asset
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction
Commitment to job site safety

Work Schedule:
Standard Monday to Friday
Occasional out-of-town projects may be required
