I think my favorite thing is how shocked people are with how much they enjoyed adding on the cold therapy with their Sauna experience. Whether it’s the cold shower, or the cold plunge! (It can be for beginners too!!) We love showing our customers how to ease into it comfortably and safely. Not only does cooling down make your next round in the sauna feel even better, but cold therapy has plenty of benefits of its own.

The best part? Hearing all the positive feedback when we come to pick up the sauna. Those conversations and comments remind us why we love what we do.

Meet the owners behind Dark Barrel Saunas: Noel & Brittany 🤎

🌲We created this business because we know what it feels like to live a busy life. Between work, kids, sports, and the constant go-go-go… we realized how important it was to intentionally slow down.

That’s what sauna became for us. A place with no distractions. No noise. Just time to breathe, reconnect, and reset.

We wanted to bring that feeling to the Lakeland, which is how our mobile sauna company was born. After building our first sauna, we quickly realized we didn’t just want to offer rentals - we wanted to help people create that same experience permanently in their own backyard through custom luxury saunas.

🏠A little about us:
• We have 2 boys who basically live at the hockey rink and proudly hold the titles of employee #1 and #2 (professional wood stackers 🔥)
• A golden retriever who lives for fetch and swimming in lakes
• And if we aren’t delivering or building saunas, you’ll usually find us outside somewhere: fishing, camping, quadding, skiing, ski-dooing, hiking, traveling, or cannonballing off a boat.

Basically… we just really love the outdoors 🌲

S•R•I•N•G our favorite season to SAUNA ☀️🌿

There’s something about stepping out of the sauna and hearing the birds, seeing the grass turn green again, and feeling the earth come back to life beneath your bare feet. And somehow… we come alive again too.

Later bedtimes. Fresh air. More visits with friends. Belly laughs around the fire. Hot dogs roasting. Slow evenings that turn into the best memories.
