My schedule has opened up for the next four days, so I’m available for gutter cleanouts in Cold Lake and the surrounding Lakeland area.

Added some free advertising to the fill in truck today between jobs, and did some arts and crafts on the ladder thanks to the doller stores stencils and a sharpie!

A few people have asked why I’m wrapping up house washing for the season already, and that’s a fair question, so I wanted to explain.

Tomorrow I start a 14-day rotation, working 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. My next daytime availability won’t be until October 20, and there just isn’t enough daylight to start a house wash after work.

Cooler temperatures can slow down the cleaning process, and shorter days leave less time to wash and rinse everything properly. I wouldn’t put your property at risk just to make a dollar. Doing the job properly matters to me.

This was my first season with JB Lakeland Exterior Wash, and while I’m thankful for every customer, I’m still building the business and need to work full time alongside it. My goal is to grow enough to spend my summers doing my own thing—cleaning properties and serving this community.

Every booking, referral, review and shared post helps me get closer to that goal. Thank you to everyone who supported me this year and booked for next year!

What a way to finish my first house-washing season! 🙌

Today’s house and detached garage wash took some patience with the cool temperatures and stubborn cobwebs, but seeing the finished results made it worthwhile.

🍂 My first washing season is winding down...

With the mornings getting cooler, I’m wrapping up exterior washing for the year On oct 5. I’ll still be taking gutter cleaning inquiries while conditions are safe.
