We couldn’t be prouder to have supported this incredible group of young girls at the all-girls Quest For The Cup tournament. While they may not have taken home a medal, they definitely won best dressed —and more importantly, they played with heart, grit, and undeniable team spirit.

A heartfelt thank you to Coach Jenn, whose leadership continues to inspire not only her team but an entire generation of young athletes. She’s been a trailblazer for women’s hockey in our community, and the girls have looked up to her since the first time they laced up their skates. Having her with us this weekend reminded us all what it means to lead by example and break barriers with grace.

At CGV Group, we value active lifestyle and the role sports play in building strong communities—and that includes showing up for girls in sport, helping to create space where they can lead, compete, and thrive.

Here’s to strong girls, iconic coaches, and the power of showing up—for each other, and for the game.

The CGV Group is incredibly proud to have recently commenced construction on the Gendron Northshore Living complex in Marathon, Ontario. The 50-unit affordable housing development will be owned and operated by the Marathon Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation and would not have been possible without the generous support of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and the Town of Marathon.

Our name has changed to better reflect the strength of who we are – Builders, Developers and Consultants, and what we offer – Strong Values. Experience that Delivers. We might look a little different, but it’s still business as usual – with all the same great people, services, and expertise you’ve come to know and trust over the last 45+ years.

The CGV team recently completed the 38-unit Aspen Court Seniors Living Facility in Atikokan. It was a pleasure working with Jim Turner and his team at Community Living Atikokan and the Town of Atikokan. This complex is bringing much needed housing options to a beautiful and hard working community.
