This commercial tenant improvement was all about taking an existing space and reimagining it to meet the needs of a new business.

We transformed the interior into a modern, functional, and welcoming chiropractic clinic. Creating a space that feels professional for patients while providing the functionality the practitioners need to operate their business.

The transformation included:

- Demolition & removal of existing finishes
- Drywall repairs
- New layout and space planning
- The addition of two glass-enclosed treatment/office spaces
- Updated lighting and electrical (GlenEagles Electric)
- Installation of barrier-free hardware and accessibility upgrades to front and bathroom doors, ensuring the space is functional and welcoming to all patients.
- Complete interior painting, with modern palette
- Refinished reception and existing shelving with a modern green finish

Another custom deck completed by Summit Ridge Construction. This pressure-treated wood deck features black aluminum spindle railing, a stunning timber pergola, and the perfect space for relaxing or entertaining all season long. Add some string lights and enjoy those summer nights in style.

Once landscaping is complete, we’ll be returning to professionally skirt and enclose the bottom of the deck for a clean finished look.
