A little public service warning for my customers. Inside most wireless network routers is a backup battery. Found this damaged li-ion battery in a ZTE wireless router, Maybe check yours if you have one. This is how fires start!. Make sure they’re not bulging and squishy, should be firm and square.

Some repairs/installations over the past few weeks. Lots of hottub repairs as its getting to be hottub season, I definitely recommend changing your heating element every 1-2 years as it’s the #1 cause of failure/freezing. Much easier/cheaper to do it before it freezes. Also a little furnace maintenance will prevent pesky breakdowns when they’re most unwanted, very simple maintenance goes along ways with furnaces. Signs you may need furnace maintenance: repeated starting/stopping, starting immediately after stopping(cycling).

Here’s a project that I helped a nice lady with, kind of an emergency for her with winter coming. An undetected roof leak from a poor sealing job on a valley that ice damning and rain was able to back up and pe*****te through the roofing.
Peeled back the layers, repaired, protected, and rebuilt. Will have a heat cable added to help with them ice damns.

Busy last few weeks, lots of repairs completed. Ebike repair/service, septic pump troubleshooting/repair, many appliances repairs and installs, garage door repair, hot tub pump rebuild, motorcycle chain change, gator drive seal repair and service. And many more repairs, and jobs awaiting parts delivery.

The damage that can be done from a pin hole leak. This customers mechanical room was very under maintained, bad water, and many patches/mods etc(poorly done), and deteriorated tubing/fittings. the pin hole leak blasted a hole through the wall, flooded and ruined the flooring. I repaired the leak to get them running again, recommended a plumbing company to completely redo their water system before something worse happens(complete flood).

Just a few repairs from last week. Dishwasher install, washer/dryer rebuild, eavstrough cleaning and vent maintenance, small plumbing repair.

Last weeks repairs!, plus a few I forgot to take pics of. Fridges, dishwasher repairs and new installations, multiple bikes/quads, electric lawn mower, multiple garage door repairs, ceiling fan install with switches, central vac repair, high ceiling light bulb change x6.
I plan on doing weekly updates of the repairs I do so my customers have a better idea of the services I can provide(I promise not to over post and annoy you). Stay tuned for more. Thanks everyone.

New devices will also have to come with repair manuals and be made in such a way that they can be dismantled using conventional tools
