Today was one of those days where you stopped and looked around…

In the middle of a full, fast-moving week, it hit us; the conversations we’re having, the work we get to do, the spaces we’re in… weren’t even imaginable a few years ago.

Entrepreneurship has a funny way of quietly moving the target. There’s always more to achieve, more to learn, and more to build. But today, it felt like a reminder to pause and take it in, because this version of life is something we once hoped and prayed for.

When you stop and really take it in, you realize how many people were a part of getting you here.

This community has allowed us to grow into who we are today, encouraging us to stay passionate, to geek out over building standards, and to keep showing up even when it’s hard.

So today, on a random Thursday at the office, we stood there for a moment — proud, taking in our portfolio wall and everything it represents. A quiet reminder of how much the dream has grown.

So on this random Thursday night, we wanted to share a quick note of gratitude with all of you.

We are excited to share that we’re dividing and conquering—Eli and Daniela each joining different organizations throughout Northumberland to help support our community.

These organizations are the backbone of local growth and a lot of the traditions we all look forward to every year. It’s our responsibility as the next generation to take the reins, get involved, and learn from the leaders who have been holding this community together long before us.

We hope this inspires you to come out to the meet-and-greets, ask about the Chamber of Commerce, and find out how you can get involved in shaping the future of our community.

The journey of building homes feels a lot like Wonderland’s wildest roller coaster.
There are moments of soaring highs, times you’re flipped upside down, and yet—through it all—you’re having the absolute time of your life.

It’s with deep honour, pride, and joy that we share that Project Monarch was featured in . Even more surreal—we made the cover.

This is brand new territory for us, and we never could’ve reached this point without the incredible community of entrepreneurs who’ve mentored and guided us. A very special thank you to for being a part of this unforgettable memory.
