Our Team: Meet Phil

Phil is our VP of Operations and has been with Thermoproof for nearly five years. He takes a hands-on approach to leadership and makes an effort to understand the different processes and positions throughout the company. This helps him support the team, find efficiencies, and solve problems when they arise. Phil is known for keeping a calm head and thinking clearly under pressure — skills that come in handy both at work and in his spare time as a community firefighter.

In his off time, Phil loves spending time outdoors with his family.
