Get attic insulation issues like this fixed up with spray foam!!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
• Maintain efficiency within the office
• Orientation and initial training for new hires
• Handles incoming phone calls and emails, and directs to proper channels
• Preparing Estimates, Work orders, Invoicing, Job scheduling, Accounts receivable reports
• Tracking job profitability through job costing and analysis
• Maintain filing system
• Familiar with JOBBER CRM programs huge asset, bookkeeping and basic accounting
• Maintain and keep update of all vehicles and equipment needing insurance/ registration
• Keeps updated Health & Safety policies and procedures; being familiar with COR & SECOR an asset
• Have monthly Safety meetings, keep records, and complete annual audits

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Familiar with MS Office/ Google drive/ Quickbooks. Use of CRM programs huge asset.
• Safety certifications huge asset (COR, SECOR, WHMIS, First Aid, etc.)
• Excellent customer relations and service skills
• Has a positive outlook and ability to handle customer’ problems and able to find win-win solutions
• Have valid driver’s license to get to the office
• Self-motivated and able to work

EXPERIENCE
• Require a minimum of 3-5 years of previous administrative management or clerical experience. Requires someone who is detail-oriented and able to multitask.

SALARY EXPECTATIONS
• Average rate is 20-24/ hour depending on experience
• 30- 35 hours per week
• Yearly bonuses & possible health/ wellness program available

A before and after from a recent industrial job.This wall was being exposed to repeated hot temperatures which began to cause the cinder blocks to crack and break. Spray foam not only insulates and protects the wall from high temperatures and further damage but also seals the cinder blocks holding them in place. :)
