Installation of drain system to handle water overflow into the garage area.
This driveway had a slight grade fall into the the garage area which resulted in a flooded garage with every rain storm.
This system will solve that issue.
Channel drain to double drywell system.

A new backyard space completed.

All rock areas sprayed with a liquid binder to give the rocks a solid finish and drastically reduce gravel from spilling from areas. You can actually blow off the stones without them shifting.

I’m not sure if everyone will appreciate this but this is a Mountbatten Juniper at 25 plus feet trimmed by us for 20 plus years.

When it comes to Junipers they are not the easiest to get this tight and formed of a shape. This has taken many trims and tying in of branching to achieve.

End goal is 30ft plus and a prefect shape.

We’re still out trimming hedges. Nearly 200 trimmed so far this year!

Garden restorations done right.

We first remove all useable plant material. This is saved for replanting.

We then removed 6 inches of soil from the entire garden, then heavily turn the soil under.

We follow this with GRO-MAX garden soil which is a w**d seed free mix of soil. This is turned into existing soil level.

Finally we replant existing material with a mix of new perennials to liven the gardens up and a fresh layer of natural mulch.
