Good morning from the Dorset Subdivision! 👷‍♂️🏗️

Another phase is taking shape, with JCL Investments Inc. completing the road construction along with the water and sewer infrastructure. With that groundwork in place, basement construction is now underway as the subdivision continues to grow.

It’s always great to see a project progress from underground infrastructure and roadwork to new homes beginning to take shape.
