Local work around the Minnedosa/Rapid City area - be home every night!

Heavy Equipment Operator duties:

- Be able to safely and efficiently operate excavators up to 30 ton;
- Be able to safely and efficiently operate dozer and other heavy machinery as required;
- Be able to conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections;
- Maintain heavy equipment in order to keep it in good working condition;
- Be able to communicate effectively and professionally with management, team members and clients;
- Must be punctual and reliable;
- Be able to work in all weather conditions;
- Class 1 or 3A license would be considered an asset but not required; and
- Any other duties as assigned.

Construction Labourer duties:

- Physical labour, must be able to lift 50+ lbs;
- Skid steer operation for loading/unloading materials;
- Operation of compaction equipment;
- Construction site preparation;
- Culvert installation and associated works;
- Must be familiar with hand tools, etc.;
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions; and
- Class 5 license a requirement due to hauling materials with utility/equipment trailers.

Start date: as soon as possible

Our company has been a member of the Manitoba Heavy Construction Association since 2014. We hold a SeCOR Certification and highly emphasize safety and professionalism.

Experience working in the heavy construction industry an asset – but willing to train. Wages based on qualifications and experience.
