This was a nice easy project. Pulled out an old parkade fan that has the blade and motor pre removed by another company.

After a long search to find the appropriate fan we ordered it from the states and had it installed in no time.

24/7 means we receive calls any time, any day. This one came in late Friday evening, this navien tankless sprung a leak and was past warranty. The homeowners were already wanting to get a new unit that had fresh warranty and was going to be reliable for many years to come.

This time they installed a heat pump system in our home. Brody came and was so very helpful explaining the process and helping us with the grant application. Then Nick and Kai did the installation. Great review from Manager... "I manage a small apartment building in Chilliwack.
I discovered a ruptured pipe in the crawlspace just before 5pm on Friday.
I called Bromac, and they dispatched a plumber very quickly for that inconvenient time of day.
Kai arrived promptly, evaluated the situation, took pictures, and immediately got to work.
The crawlspace is only 2 feet high and noticeably dirty once the dust got wet.
I'm 6'1" and banged my back on the joists a few times while crawling around on my hands and knees down there.
Kai is a few inches taller than I and was able to crawl 20+ feet through upwards of an inch of muddy water to repair this burst pipe, and all the while remained very professional and polite.
When he was done he showed me the before and after pictures and explained the cause and repair in detailed easy to understand terms.
I am very happy that I called Bromac for this issue, and will call them again.

Great review from Brad... "Hello. When a level of svc provided such as Bromac supplied, I feel compelled to share my experience and feedback. Well done to say the least.
I had a problem with septic field backup. Early Aug with a yard party in the works. Brody was recommended. Explained situation to bromac office. Prompt callback, work done timely by employee(dont remember his name unfortunately). Credit to him though. Professional, experienced and well spoken. Walked me thru, explained my system operation and replaced a faulty pump. Good dude. Disaster avoided and party rocked on as planned. Was prepared to pay a lot more than billed amount. No hesitation at all with recommending them and paying this svc fwd."

We discovered a small problem with my AC and after a phone call with Brody, one his techs came over and quickly got my furnace/AC up and running again - as a courtesy call.
