All the underground conduit is in. Every run was placed and checked before the pour, because once the concrete goes down there’s no second chance. The slab gets poured next week.

A huge thank you to our partners at Rich Lane Builders for another smooth pour. This project is moving fast and staying right on schedule, and that doesn’t happen by accident.

Big shoutout to every contractor on site. The coordination, communication, and hard work from all trades have kept this build rolling. It’s a pleasure working alongside a crew this dialed in. 🙌
