When your toilet starts gurgling on flushes and the tubs take a little longer to drain, there's usually an issue with the main drain and sewer pipe. This customer had drainage issues for the last two years. After a thorough camera inspection and pipe location, I managed to find two broken portions on the sewer pipe. The sewage has been washing out the soil underground on their hill all these years. The whole issue started from landscaping stones and a deck addition that put pressure on the sewer.
If you're planning to do landscaping or building something heavy, make sure to get a sewer location. It's a small cost that can save you from a big headache and an expensive repair bill.
