This recent Grey Bruce Kitchen Fitters project is a great example of what kitchen refacing can do without tearing out a perfectly good kitchen.

We kept the existing cabinet layout and gave the space a fresh new look with shaker-style doors and drawer fronts, updated hardware, new countertops, and a beautifully refreshed island.

Swipe to see the transformation — the first photo is the BEFORE.

If you like your kitchen layout but not the way your kitchen looks anymore, refacing may be all it needs.

Same kitchen. Brand new feel. ✨

What a difference a reface can make!

This kitchen already had a great layout and plenty of character — it just needed a fresh new look. By refacing the existing cabinetry and replacing the old doors and drawer fronts with a clean, timeless style, we were able to completely transform the space without tearing out the entire kitchen.

The beautiful hardwood floors, black appliances and that incredible stove now really stand out against the bright new cabinetry.

Why replace your whole kitchen when what you really want is a fresh new look?

If you like your kitchen layout but not the way it looks anymore, kitchen refacing may be the perfect solution.

🚨 PUBLIC ADVISORY FOR GREY BRUCE RESIDENTS 🚨

Local homeowners are being urged to remain vigilant after reports of a highly organized renovation ring operating throughout Grey and Bruce Counties.

For nearly a decade, this group has been gaining the trust of unsuspecting homeowners, entering their kitchens, and carrying out extensive alterations in broad daylight.

Authorities report that victims often don’t realize what has happened until it is too late. By then, the evidence is impossible to ignore:

✔️ Beautiful new kitchens
✔️ Increased home values
✔️ Improved functionality
✔️ Excessive smiling from homeowners

The organization, known as Grey Bruce Kitchen Fitters, has allegedly completed hundreds of these transformations across the region.

Residents are advised to:

⚠️ Be cautious when accepting free estimates
⚠️ Watch for suspicious deliveries of cabinet doors and countertops
⚠️ Report unusually attractive kitchens to jealous neighbours immediately

If you know someone who may be at risk of ending up with a beautiful new kitchen, please share this warning and help keep our community informed.

This beautiful kitchen features rich espresso cabinetry, bright quartz countertops, a classic subway tile backsplash, and plenty of functional storage. The combination of warm hardwood floors and clean white surfaces creates a space that feels both elegant and welcoming.

One of our favourite features is the long serving and prep area beneath the windows, providing extra workspace while keeping the kitchen bright and open.

At Grey Bruce Kitchen Fitters, we believe your kitchen should be a room you enjoy spending time in—not just a place to cook.

Thinking about updating your kitchen without the cost and disruption of moving? We’d love to help.
