Local homeowners are being urged to remain vigilant after reports of a highly organized renovation ring operating throughout Grey and Bruce Counties.
For nearly a decade, this group has been gaining the trust of unsuspecting homeowners, entering their kitchens, and carrying out extensive alterations in broad daylight.
Authorities report that victims often don’t realize what has happened until it is too late. By then, the evidence is impossible to ignore:
✔️ Beautiful new kitchens
✔️ Increased home values
✔️ Improved functionality
✔️ Excessive smiling from homeowners
The organization, known as Grey Bruce Kitchen Fitters, has allegedly completed hundreds of these transformations across the region.
