ALTITUDE CARPENTRY IS HIRING

Starting immediately.

I’m looking to bring someone onto the crew for an upcoming addition and heavy timber roofing project.

I’m a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter and owner of Altitude Carpentry. I’ll still be on site running the work, but I’m dealing with some lower-back/sciatica issues and need someone reliable who can take on the heavier physical side of the work while I focus on layout, cutting, planning, and overseeing the project.

What I’m looking for:

- Some construction/carpentry experience preferred
- Comfortable using a tape measure and doing basic layout
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to safely handle physical construction work
- Good attitude and attention to detail
- Able to work independently once shown what needs to be done

This will start as part-time/temporary work, with the possibility of becoming more regular or full-time depending on the workload and the right person.

Bonus: If you're already enrolled in a carpentry apprenticeship, I’m a Red Seal Journeyman and can sign off on your apprenticeship hours.

The immediate work includes framing an addition and putting together a large heavy-timber roof structure, so there is plenty of hands-on experience to be gained.

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to everyone who has been supporting me through this Super Dad competition.
