Friday Fun at the Farm. Had to get this one done before milking time at 2 pm. We gotter dialed in just at lunch time. Just another day at the office. Had some help from my boy who skipped school to learn how to work under a little pressure 😉.

Very Happy to have this issue solved and rectified. Started with a watermain break in the worst possible place inside a home on the Friday night of the Thanksgiving weekend. The following days involved trying to track down where the main was laid outside. Water had to be turned off to a group of three homes and having them fed through the hose bibs outside. Once the main was located we decided to re construct the way the system would be from here on by installing 3 individual boxes with their own shut offs and feeding a brand new line to the unit affected by the leak. This was problem solving at its best but we prevailed .

Another bathroom remodel completed with the help of Alex Hurren from Hurren Tile & Renovations. This one involved removal of a tub/shower acrylic unit and replacement with a new slip resistant base and thermostatic shower controls with a handheld shower option for easability . We are still waiting on the folding seat for the far end wall. And Damon at Sandpiper Glass will be installing the shower door.

In picture #1 is how some plumbers choose to secure your shower controls. A 2x4 still costs less than $10.00 . Even with the screws that I used to create the set up in picture number 2 . Even the smallest detail reflects on you and your work. Wouldn’t you agree?
