We are pleased to announce the finish of another façade in downtown Chatham. As always, we take great pride in trying to save old façades from certain ruin. This one was no exception. Check out our latest project on LLewellyn Street.

This one took a bit of planning and time. Check out some of the before and after pictures below. The process started out with the main hydro. We had to re-route all the main hydro service to clean it up (thanks The Shock Doctor ), then move on to remove all the stucco that was installed over all this beautiful brick and then painstakingly remove all the multiple layers of paint from all the brick and beautiful limestone (thank you Legary Shuian Fine Masonry Ltd ).

Then our talented in house designers came up with a design that complimented the existing structure while at the same time trying to utilize some of the decorative features that were buried behind the stucco for the past decades. Once we had the plan in place we proceeded to restore these beautiful 1940's windows (thank you Erie Glass for supplying the glass and new doors), and continued on with the decorative moldings, painting (thank you FX Decorating Warehouse) and finishing touches. Great job done by all and a great job by our very own JP Contractors Crew.

In addition to this exciting project, we have two exciting new tenants coming to this location and we can't wait to share the news with you all. Its a secret for now, but we will disclose the companies in due time. Stay tuned!

As always it is our pleasure to restore these historical buildings in OUR hometown. Thank you Chatham for your support and for voting us small business of the year again this year. We love you all. Lets keep doing our best to make our community better every day.

Earlier this year we were honored to have won the medium business of the year award for Chatham Kent. We love this community, and will continue to always put our best into every project and do our part to make Chatham Kent a better place to live for all.

There are so many great companies out there in CK doing what they love. Our passion is construction. It is so fulfilling to see a space that we built/renovated being enjoyed by families, businesses', entrepreneur's and the general public.

Way to go crew! From the demo, to the measurements, to the drawings, to the planning, to all the site work and prepping (helical piles, foundations, welding, iron work, prebuilding the entire roof, roofing etc) to the actual install, what an amazing job by our team. Good job to all of you!

Our employees make our company what it is. They are all very giving and hard working individuals. This award is for our entire team.
