“I would like to express my great appreciation to Ryan C for his help to me on Saturday August 15, 2026.
In the morning, I tried to close my garage door as I was leaving home. It would not close and the overhead light kept blinking. I had no idea what the problem was and so I called the Dor Co number. Due to it being a Saturday the business was closed, but thankfully, I was directed to an emergency number which was answered by Ryan. Because I had recently moved into my home. I had no familiarity with garage doors and certainly did not know what I should do to try and fix the problem. I was panicking because I could not go away and leave the garage door open ,obviously. I explained my predicament to Ryan and I cannot believe how immensely helpful and professional he was. He gave me several options as to what could be causing the problem and of course he was right. It turned out to be not the worn out battery in my garage door, closing device that I had thought it was, but there was a blockage in the signal that would allow the door to close and open. I never would have thought of that. Ryan was so patient and he stayed on the phone with me while I went out to the garage and checked both of the transmitters that send the signal in the doors. I followed his instructions and immediately the door began to open and close and the light stopped blinking. Of course I was ecstatic.
I cannot thank Ryan highly enough for his professional attitude, his friendly manner, and his great patience with me. It meant so much to me. I would highly recommend Ryan as a super example of a great role model and technician towards his customers.
I will continue to tell all of my friends and relatives what a great experience I had with Ryan’s help.
