At DJC, we don’t have many rules. The ones we do have are non-negotiable.
Do the right thing. Say what you mean. Follow through on what you said you’d do, whether someone’s watching or not.
It sounds simple, and honestly, it should be. In this industry, integrity is what separates a contractor you’d call again from one you’d warn your neighbours about.
We’ve built our name on the Island one handshake at a time. That only works if the handshake means something.
