Port aux Basques Snow Clearing & Manuels Construction would like to send a huge thank you to Port aux Basques and surrounding areas for the participation in the 4th annual Jerry Osmond Memorial Softball tournament on the weekend of July 17-18th. As well as the accompanying BBQ to help raise money for local charities.

We want to extend a huge thank you to the following businesses for helping us carry out our 2nd annual BBQ by donating various items;

Thanks to the local support and the 6 teams of athletes, we raised $1255. These donations have been split between St. James Elementary School Breakfast Program and St James Regional High Breakfast Program.

A huge thank you goes out to Travis Mauger and Wendy Osmond for planning and executing the softball tournament.
A huge thank you also goes out to our entire staff as they volunteered and worked over the weekend to play and execute the tournament.

Our Dad loved sports, and supporting local, and we will strive to continue carrying on this legacy every year.

It's that time of year again!

This weekend is the annual Jerry Osmond Memorial Softball Tournament taking place at the PAB Baseball Field.

Along with a weekend full of great games to watch, we have a BBQ with hamburgers, hotdogs, and drinks to keep you fed!

All proceeds from the tournament and the BBQ will go towards the Elementary and High School Breakfast Clubs.

Stop by to support the teams, watch a game or two, and grab a bite to eat!

As we (finally) start to wrap up another snow-clearing season, we wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all the residents, businesses, and organizations in Port aux Basques and across the west coast for your support—and at times, your patience.

The past 12 months have been incredibly busy, challenging, and rewarding. We went from a jam-packed construction season straight into one of the longest and busiest winters in recent years, and now we’re gearing up to do it all over again.

We know that a lot of the work we do has a direct impact on the community—and not always in the most convenient ways. Road closures, dust, and the noise of heavy equipment aren’t easy to deal with, and we don’t take that lightly.

But through it all, the support we’ve received from this community has meant a lot to our entire team.

We’re proud to be local, support local, and we’re looking forward to another great year ahead.
