This stunning waterfront home continues to take shape, and every visit to site reminds us why we love what we do.
With drywall underway, cabinetry being installed, the fireplace feature coming together, and those incredible lake views framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, the vision is becoming reality.
From the open-concept living spaces to the attention paid to every detail behind the walls, this project showcases the craftsmanship, planning, and dedication that goes into every Odicious Smith Carpentry build.

Sorry we've been a little quiet lately!
Life has been a whirlwind around here. Dwayne and the crew currently have THREE projects on the go, and at the same time we're counting down the weeks until the newest little Odicious joins the team. 💙👶
Needless to say, between job sites, paperwork, appointments, and baby prep, we've been keeping busy!

The crew has been making the most of the nice weather getting the lakeside deck framed and boards going down. It’s always a good feeling when the outdoor space starts to take shape and you can picture the view people will enjoy here.

Progress update.
Even with weather delays and heavy snow days, Dwayne and the crew are still making solid progress this season. Framing keeps moving, the structure is standing strong, and this lakeside cottage is coming together exactly how it should. Consistency, grit, and showing up when conditions aren’t ideal.
