Installing an 84-foot bridge takes plenty of groundwork long before the crane lifts off the ground. Between dewatering operations and coordinating specialized concrete crews, the Thunderbolt team prepped every millimeter of this site to ensure a flawless fit. Reviewing structural blueprints on the tailgate, mapping terrain with survey drones, and tracking overhead crane angles ensures every millimeter aligns. From the field to the office.

Emily started with Thunderbolt Contracting in 2024 as a lead hand on the tree planting crew.

After putting in the work and stepping up as a forewoman for sidewalk and snow operations, she recently took on the role of Project Coordinator.

Her transition has been seamless because she already knows the field crews and exactly what their strengths are.
