GAF's prestigious Golden Pledge Warranty, exclusively offered by a Master Elite roofing contractor, is typically only available for single-family homes or homes with completely divided rooflines. These semi-detached homes didn't initially qualify - but we found a solution.

🔨 By constructing a dividing wall to separate the rooflines, we were able to meet GAF's requirements and provide both homeowners with the industry-leading Golden Pledge Warranty.
