Completed start up on all equipment at the now finished custom build! Tested on demand combi boiler, it heats domestic water on demand and heats the floor. Tested and balanced HRV system, bringing in fresh outdoor air while removing stale and humid indoor air. Air conditioning is rocking from ducted heat pump system and ductless heat pump system in main open concept living area. This project was met with limited challenges thanks to the trades on site for going the extra mile and great customers!

Installing Heat Pumps! This design has a ductless split unit for open living area that has no duct work, and a centrally ducted heat pump that is installed above a furnace serving rest of house. More to come !

We will be showcasing this custom home project throughout all the stages. First step, we have laid the in-floor heat piping before concrete is poured. This is done off an engineered design/heat loss calculation.
