From outdated to outstanding. Another basement transformation complete

This old plaster ceiling was starting to fall apart. Demo and new drywall was out of the budget. We glued and screwed 1/8 hardboard, trimmed it to give the coffered ceiling look and gave it some fresh paint. Completely changed the look of the room.

Another bathroom completed

We recently completed this beautiful deck. We replaced several supporting posts, releveled everything and replaced any problem areas in the framework and rebuilt both staircases. We replaced all screws in the joist hangers with nails to bring the deck up to code. We finished it with fiberon composite decking with a matching skirt and aluminum railings.
