When it comes to gas or oil fired equipment this heating season, make sure you know WHO you’re letting into your home to do the work.

✔️ The person completing the work should hold the proper gas or oil burner technician licence for the job.
✔️ The company doing the work must be registered with TSSA.

This isn’t just about getting the job done — it’s about safety, compliance, and making sure your equipment is installed and serviced properly.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions, check credentials, and make sure you’re hiring someone qualified to do the job.

Ultimate Upgrades’ latest project already looking pretty damn good — and we just made it even better with a mini split heat pump for year-round comfort. ❄️☀️

Cold outside? No problem.
Hot summer wrenching? No problem.
Standing around admiring the bikes instead of working? Also no problem. 😂🏍️

This isn’t just a shed anymore… it’s a climate-controlled motorcycle headquarters. 🤘

Well, stuff GOT DONE today! 👏
We’re scrapping this old electric dinosaur and upgrading to a hybrid system — a propane furnace paired with a heat pump. 🔥❄️
Nothing like having a bestie who knows how to get things done (and is her own excavation crew). 😂

We made a stop in the lovely village of Paisley to swap out an old A/C and get this home ready for whatever heat Mother Nature has left in the tank. ❄️

One more A/C replacement checked off the list before we officially call it a wrap on summer! 🔧🍁🍂

A fresh upgrade for the fresh air system! 💨

Today we replaced this OLD Vanee air exchanger with a brand-new Lifebreath 155 MAX — giving this home a more efficient, reliable way to breathe easy.

Paired with the super convenient wireless timers in the bathrooms making this retrofit application super slick 😎

🚨 Keep your A/C clear of debris!

Found this little guy 🐭 and his nest inside an A/C unit we were replacing today ! 😳

A/C units need plenty of airflow to work properly, so make sure the area around your outdoor unit stays clear of grass, leaves, weeds, dirt and other debris.

A little maintenance can go a long way toward keeping your system running efficiently and preventing unnecessary service calls. ❄️

The new unit will be installed on a snow stand to hopefully prevent this from happening again ! 😬
