Whats next?
We're currently working on a design for a 4 Plex we're planning on building at 145 Toronto Street in Carberry.
Here's a sneak peak...
The lower units will have 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and an attached garage.
The upper units will have 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths.
This building will be right beside the school, community hall, grocery store, post office and all other amenities in downtown Carberry.
Due to high lumber prices, we haven't decided to start just yet but are hoping to break ground later this year.
Those units will be available for rent and should be move in ready in summer or fall 2022. If you, or someone you knoe is looking for a great rental, please keep these in mind.
