Berserker Demolition

Another day ! Another drywall clean-up. 💪

Drywall scraps, offcuts and debris removed, units cleaned out, and the hallways swept before we leave.

We don’t just haul away the big stuff and call it done. We go the extra mile to leave the jobsite clean, clear and ready for the next crew.

That’s the standard every time.

Another one in the books. 💪

Three old sheds demolished, hauled away, and two concrete slabs removed.

For this project, we chose to complete the demolition by hand instead of using heavy equipment. It takes a little more time, but it leaves far less debris behind and results in a much cleaner site.

Since the homeowner plans to turn this area into lawn, taking the extra time was the right call.

At Berserker Demolition, we don’t just tear things down, we think about what’s coming next.

✔️ Selective demolition
✔️ Complete debris removal
✔️ Concrete slab removal
✔️ Clean site, ready for the next phase.

🤝 Teamwork makes great projects happen.

We had the opportunity to partner with NYCO Renovations / Rénovations as their demolition subcontractor on this renovation project.

Our scope included:

✔️ Full kitchen demolition
✔️ Main floor bathroom demolition
✔️ Laundry room demolition
✔️ Removal of tile flooring throughout the main floor
✔️ Baseboard & Moldings removal
✔️ Second-floor bathroom demolition, including tile and subfloor removal
✔️ Selective demolition completed with care to protect all mechanical, electrical, and structural components outside the scope of work.

Every demolition project is about more than tearing things apart. It’s about precision, planning, and leaving a clean, safe space that’s ready for the next trade to come in and build.

A big thank you to Marc Leblanc for trusting Berserker Demolition to help move this project forward. We appreciate the opportunity and look forward to working together again.

Big shoutout to Team Platinum Coating for stepping up on a moment’s notice to give us a hand with this floor prep.

This is what the busy season looks like.

When the workload piles up, the right people don’t make excuses, they show up, put in the extra hours, and get it done.

That’s the kind of mentality I want in my circle. Businesses supporting businesses. No ego, just hard work, respect, and making sure the client gets the job done right.

Thanks again, Remi Leger. Looking forward to working together again. 👊💪

Saturday. 38°C.

Finished attic.
No A/C.
Ripping out an entire subfloor because the original adhesive failed and the floor squeaked.

Most people are enjoying their weekend.
When a repeat customer needs us, we’re on site making it right.

That’s how trust is built.
