Shihiya School | Part 2: Truss Installation

Seven trusses. 63 feet each. Time to put them in place.

After fabrication and assembly in our shop, our crew headed to the Shihiya School site near Enderby, BC to install the glulam and steel hybrid trusses that form the backbone of the new roof system.

Next up: CLT.

Shihiya School | Part 1: Truss Assembly

Our crew assembled seven 63-foot hybrid roof trusses for a school near Enderby, BC, combining glulam and steel into the main structure for the mass timber roof system.

Fabricated and assembled at our AB facility, then shipped to site ready for installation.

Our first Hawaii project is officially on its way.

This seacan is packed with a full timber supply package — big, distressed cedar trusses, T&G, and all the smaller pieces that bring it together.

Not the most glamorous part of timber framing, but an exciting shipment for us. Next stop: Hawaii.
