We found this today.
The place is frozen and water everywhere. It’s a disaster. And to see it as it is, it’s hard to imagine that it could have been worse. And it could have. Easily.

Toilet strips the p-trap of its seal when you flush. The venting here is bad.

Customer connected over Facebook with a video of their furnace not working. The inducer motor is fried. Simple enough repair. Had them up and running the next day.

Been installing a heat pump system. It’s a lot of pipe. As expected not all the stock you need is local. So it’s a bit of a do what you can with what you got situation.
Overall I’m happy with the progress. But I am not looking forward to adding the glycol to the system.
