NOW HIRING: DISPATCH COORDINATOR
Road to Rail Construction Group, Camrose, Alberta
Road to Rail Construction Group is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to work out of our Camrose shop on a 9 days on, 5 days off rotation.
The role:
Track field paperwork and maintain accuracy between field and office records
Put together daily costing for clients
Adjust schedules as job requirements and timelines change
Communicate with crews, drivers and customers throughout the day
Requirements:
Strong computer skills. Scheduling software, email and spreadsheets
Attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork and numbers
Ability to work under tight and changing timelines
Availability for after hours and weekend work during the rotation
Experience in construction, trucking or heavy haul is an asset
Full time, shop based position in Camrose, Alberta.
