Fireplace season is here.

Completed a full cleaning and inspection on this gas fireplace to get it ready for the colder weather. Cleaned the glass, burner and pilot assembly, checked the fan, tested operation, checked for gas leaks and performed an ambient carbon monoxide test.

If your fireplace hasn’t been serviced in a while, now is a good time to have it checked before you start using it regularly.

Fireplace maintenance and repairs available throughout Cambridge and surrounding areas.

A routine furnace maintenance turned into a little more than expected.

During the inspection, I found a cracked heat exchanger. Replacement parts were checked, but with the heat exchanger backordered, the homeowner decided to move forward with a new furnace.

Old furnace out, new 2-stage furnace installed and ready for heating season.

Another one wrapped up before the cold weather gets here.

Quick AC maintenance today.

This condenser coil was heavily plugged with dirt and debris, restricting airflow and making the system work harder than it should.

A good cleaning made a huge difference.

Regular maintenance can go a long way in keeping your AC running properly.
